Circuit Training Sessions
Circuit training sessions, using a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands and body weight exercises.
Sessions will be a mixture of strength and cardiovascular training for the whole body finishing off with important stretches.
This will help individuals to burn calories and get fit
Tone up and of course have fun!
Open to ages 14 – 18 years old
Cost £2.00 per session
Wednesday evenings 6-7pm
